• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and accessible locations.

• Once an item leaves our control, we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss during transit.

• By placing an order for delivery, you accept the risk of any delays or damage that may occur while the item is in the courier’s care.

• Any damaged items should be reported to both APC Overnight and Cora and Flora as soon as reasonably possible.
